Would YOU Trust Your Life To This Man? During the recent visit by Amor Kaicho and Kinsella Shihan, Renshi took the opportunity to rack up some more hours in his logbook...
Yes... He did make sure the plane was safe to fly... He also had one of his Flying Instructors with him...
They took off and headed up the harbour...
Then round Mount Maunganui (once or twice)...
Before heading across the harbour and South towards Rotorua...
To find some Kiwifruit... Unfortunately, Mr Kinsella forgot to remind Renshi to put new batteries in the camera, so there were no more photos. Well, that's Renshi's excuse anyway... They flew across to Te Puke, then out to the Papamoa coast, before heading in to land. Renshi bounced the plane several times on landing - he claims it was his worst landing ever. But - the old rule still applies... any landing you can walk away from is a good one! |
