Sensei Irvine

Sensei Irvine moved from New Plymouth, where she was a senior students under Shihan Richardson, to Tauranga in search of a change in lifestyle. She has since become part of the Ryukenkan family, while still maintaining ties back to her dojo family at the Bukenkan in New Plymouth.

Sensei Irvine travelled to the US with the 2006 Summer Camp group and received personal training from Kaicho Amor and other senior Instructors of the Alliance.

Sensei's Quote

"Oh, Dont be so soft!"

Meaning: Sensei Irvine can't stand softies in class - no whimpering, no whining, All complaints gracefully ignored... The solution to all life's problems: More Pressups!
